Vast tracks of wilderness, sensational wildlife and very few people in a quiet and stable political environment makes Zambia one of the prime unfenced countries in Africa to hunt in
With an area of around 290,587 sq. miles, a plateau giving it a very mild and pleasant climate largely dominates Zambia. The country is filled with majestic waterfalls and great rivers, uninhabited swamps, big flat lands and valleys.
With a population of about twelve million with more than half the people living in cities, Zambia’s rural areas are remote and uninhabited. There are about 70 different dialects of the bantu language but English are the official language making travelling around Zambia much easier than most African countries.
Wildlife in Zambia is under management of ZAWA ( Zambian Wildlife Authority) a government institution. Zambians have a proud heritage of hunting and hunting is still very much enjoyed by local as well as international hunters.
Zambia’s appeal is in the fact that it has large tracks of uninhabited wilderness.
